Using an Existing Phone Number with PhoneLynk

How do I use an existing number with PhoneLynk?

To use an existing number we go through a process know as Number Porting.  Porting requires us to submit a porting request to your phone provider.

If you would like we can give you a temporary number you can use with PhoneLynk while the porting process is being performed. Once completed, we will replace the temporary number with your ported number.

To begin the process, download and fill out this Porting Letter of Authorization.

Then, send us an email including the following items:

  1. Porting Letter of Authorization.
  2. A Billing Statement for your current number. (What’s This?)
  3. If this is a wireless number include your Wireless Account Number and your PIN or last 4 of SSN.

We will contact you prior to initiating the porting process.
